Itinerary:
Departure 8:00 A.M. Visit the southeast of Huaraz. We will pass through Recuay and Ticapampa, and upon arriving in Catac, we will detour to Chavín. On the way, we will visit Querococha Lagoon (3,980 m), the Cahuish Tunnel (4,516 m), and descend to the town of Chavín (3,140 m). We will enjoy a guided tour of the Chavín Archaeological Complex, where we will see the “Cleada”, the “Lancet of Chavín”, underground galleries, and the museum. We will have lunch at a tourist restaurant. In the afternoon, we will return to Huaraz.
