Day 1 Huaraz (3,100 m) /
Home / Lake. Rajucolta (4,271 m) / Huaraz
Departure (7:30 am) We will
begin the pick-up from your hotel with our transportation and travel to the
southeast side of Huaraz, heading to Macashca. Then, we will continue to the
gate where we will pay the national S/. 15.00 and international S/. 30 for the
day visit. From here, we will begin walking along a very flat, almost level
trail until we reach the Rajucolta lagoon, located at the foot of the Huantzan
snow-capped mountain (6,395 m). We will take a break to eat and take photos,
then return along the same trail to our transportation and then to Huaraz.
