Description

The Nevado Vallunaraju is one of the most climbed mountains in the Cordillera Blanca to carry out

a good acclimatization and then ascend to higher mountains.

Day 1 Huaraz / Llaca Valley (4,200 m) / Moraine Camp (4,900 m)
Departure in the morning with our transportation we will go to the base camp in the Quebrada Llaca (2 hours) then we will ascend to the morrena field . (A, C)
Elevation difference: + 700 m (duration 3/4 hours approx.)
Day 2 Moraine Camp / Summit (5,686) / Llaca / Huaraz
Very early we will begin to ascend towards the summit avoiding some cracks, after some photos we will return to the moraine, we will pick up our camp and descend to Llaca and return to Huaraz with our transportation. (D, A)
